Hi Tech ITworX is a locally owned manufacturer and supplier of high quality computer products and has been trading for over 15 years.
Our story started in 2009 when our gaming services department ‘Hi Tech Gaming’ started providing IT services to venues throughout Central West NSW. It was soon evident that high quality and professional IT servicing was a critical requirement which was needed by many businesses throughout the region.
In 2013 our first dedicated office in Mudgee was established. In 2014 our online and creative design arm ‘Hi Tech Creative’ had opened, providing web design, hosting and graphic design services. 3 years later in 2017 we began providing specialised data cabling, electrical and security services in house through ‘Hi Tech Data & Security’. In 2018 our Orange office was established and by the end of 2021, 2 new locations in Bathurst and Parkes had been established. Our locations around the region provide greater reach to outlying areas throughout the Central West and ensure optimal response times for on-site call outs.

Hi Tech ITworX is one of the leading Managed IT service providers in Regional NSW. Our managed IT services includes but is not limited to general business IT support, cyber security, data backup and disaster recovery, pro-active maintenance of systems, hardware and compliance.
Other services which we cover include project services, co-managed IT arrangements, PBX (Private Brand Exchange) or VOIP communications as well as other internet communication systems such as corporate video conferencing. As an approved Microsoft reseller we also offer a range of Microsoft Office 365 cloud-based services as well as other related services via our creative and data & security departments such as email hosting, web design & hosting, data cabling, WiFi networking and security systems.
